Leave a request on the website or give us a call. A manager will get back to you within 15 minutes, go over the details and send a quote. We sign the contract online and book the party after a 30% prepayment.

Ideally 2–3 weeks ahead. In peak season (May, December), a month ahead is better. But sometimes we can put a party together in 48 hours — ask our manager about available dates.

The animators' work, the script, props and costumes, music and an on-site coordinator. Extras such as shows, a photographer or a cake are priced separately.

Yes. We adapt the characters, games and difficulty to the age, interests and number of guests. You choose the favourite character and format.

If you cancel 7 days ahead, we refund the prepayment in full; later cancellations follow the contract terms. You can move the date at any time free of charge.
