1 General provisions
This policy follows the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection” of 14 June 2023 and describes how the operator processes personal data of visitors to vremya.show and of its clients. 2 Whose data we process
— visitors who leave a request on the site or contact us; — clients we prepare and host a party for; — authors of reviews; — children the party is booked for — only what parents or legal guardians tell us: first name and age.
3 What data
What you enter yourself: — your name, phone number and preferred way to talk (call, WhatsApp, Telegram); — party details: occasion, children’s age, chosen programme, comment; — in a review — your name, a caption (for example, the occasion and the child’s age), the text, rating and photos. What the site records automatically: — IP address and browser details — to protect forms from spam; — the campaign tags (UTM) you arrived with — to understand where requests come from; — technical cookies (see below). We never ask for ID documents, payment details or health information.
4 Purposes and legal grounds
— To answer your request and suggest a programme — based on your consent. — To prepare and host the party you booked — to perform a contract you are party to. — To publish your review — based on a separate consent to disclosure, given in the review form. — To protect forms from spam and see where requests come from — based on your consent, using the data listed above. We do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
5 What we do with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the services listed below, blocking, deletion and destruction — both automated and manual. We make no decisions with legal effect for you based solely on automated processing.
6 Who receives it
Only agency staff who need the data for their work can see it — each through a personal account with permissions limited to their tasks. Besides them, the data is processed on our behalf by technical services the site cannot work without: — the hosting provider: the site and its database run on its server; — Cloudflare, Inc. — protects the site from attacks and delivers pages; IP addresses and technical request data pass through it; — Telegram — the managers’ work chat receives a notice of each request: name, phone and party details; — OpenAI — machine translation of reviews into the site’s other languages: the review text and its caption are sent, the author’s name is not. Each receives only what it needs for its task. We never transfer or sell data to third parties for their own purposes.
7 Cross-border transfer
Some data is transferred abroad — only where and only what the service needs to work: — database storage — the site’s server is located in Russia; — IP address and technical request data — Cloudflare, Inc., USA; — request notices — Telegram, servers outside the operator’s country; — review text and caption for translation — OpenAI, USA.
8 How long we keep it
— Requests, client details and parties — 3 years after the last contact, so we can go back to a previous party if you come again. — IP address and browser details — 30 days, then erased. — A published review — until you withdraw consent to publication; a review taken off the site — 3 years. Data is deleted automatically when the period ends; deleted data stays in backups for up to 14 more days until they are overwritten. If you withdraw consent, we stop processing and destroy the data within 10 working days, except what we must keep by law.
9 How we protect it
Access to the admin panel is by personal staff account only, with permissions limited to each person’s tasks. Connections to the site are encrypted. The database is backed up every night; backups are kept for 14 days.
10 Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you and how we use it, ask us to correct, block or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing or to publication of a review. To do so, write to docs.ge@vremya.show. We will reply within 10 working days. If you believe we are violating your rights, you may complain to the supervisory authority — the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia — or go to court.
11 Cookies
The site uses technical cookies only: they keep your session, protect forms from forgery and remember the chosen market and language. Cloudflare may set its own technical cookies to protect against bots. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can turn cookies off in your browser — the site will still work, but you will have to pick the market again.
12 Changes
We update this policy when the law or the way the site works changes. The current version is always published on this page; the date is shown at the top.
