1 Who processes the data
The operator is ShowTime LLC. For questions about personal data write to docs.ge@vremya.show. This policy covers every page of vremya.show.
2 What we collect
Only what you type yourself: — your name and a way to reach you (phone, email, messenger); — details of the party: occasion, date, age and number of guests, venue, wishes; — the text of your message and any files attached to it; — your name, text and photos if you send us a review. We do not collect documents or payment details, and we do not ask for anything we can do without.
3 What for
To answer your enquiry, agree on a programme and send you a quote. To reach you about the party you have booked. To publish a review — only if you sent it and allowed us to. We do not use your data for mailings you did not ask for.
4 On what grounds
Your consent. You give it by submitting a form on the site. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to docs.ge@vremya.show — we will then stop processing and delete the data, except what the law requires us to keep.
5 Who else sees it
No third parties. The data is seen by the agency staff who need it for their work, and by the technical services the enquiry passes through: the site hosting and the messenger that receives the notification. Each of them gets only what it needs to deliver the message. We do not transfer data abroad, except when you write to the team of another market — then that team sees your enquiry.
6 How long we keep it
An enquiry — while it is in progress and for a year after it closes, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back. A published review — until you ask us to take it down. We will delete it sooner if you ask.
7 How we protect it
The dashboard is reachable only through a personal staff account with rights matching their role. The connection to the site is encrypted. Database copies are made regularly and kept apart from the working server.
8 Your rights
You may ask what data we hold, have a mistake corrected, withdraw your consent and demand deletion. Write to docs.ge@vremya.show — we answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may take the matter to the supervisory authority.
9 Cookies
The site uses technical cookies only: they keep your session and remember the market and language you chose. There are no advertising cookies. You can switch them off in your browser — the site will keep working, but you will have to pick the market again.
10 Changes
We may amend this policy — for instance when a new way to reach us appears. The current version always lives on this page; the date is at the top.
